I am curious, what is your source for the information in your article? Your pairing guide seems strangely limiting in light of the wide selection of intersting beers available in the market.
Was this article intended to be representative of true independent journalism or was this actually an “advertisement” not identified as an advertisment?

No, its not an ad. Simply a graphic by a beer lover for anyone who is interested. Various sources were utilized. I did not create the pairing guide; that was contributed by a different author. Thanks for your interest.
